Bird of the Month: February 2019

Meet Dumpling:


Dumpling was named by James - our 21yr old son.
Unfortunately Dumpling was attacked by a hawk on December 16th.
However, after spending several days in ICU - aka my bathroom - she has fully recovered.
Dumpling likes to adventure off on her own. She is not always with the rest of the flock - and I'm not sure if she is laying yet or not.

Coppers Diary: Day 1 with Aunt G

Dear mom and dad, Today I was so excited to have an early morning car ride with you both. I think I recognized where we were going, but I didn't want to guess. I wanted it to be a surprise. Did you hear me guessing? Then I saw Aunt G and I was like YES!!!!! I'm at Boone's house! I was a bit nervous when I saw your car had left, but Aunt G sat outside sipping on some hot stuff and let us play. I'm not sure who is faster between me and Boone. I think it's me - but don't tell him that. He thinks he's a greyhound not a coonehound. He told me that he likes raccoons and does't want to chase them up a tree like he was raised to do. He just likes the running part. Aunt G filled up this blue thing with water and Boone was standing in it and DRINKING the water. EW!!!! no thank you! Anyway, we played:  tag, and stare at the ducks, and pee on the fence, and King of the deck. Tucker thinks he is King of the deck. PFFT! He wishes! ...

Friday in SF. Kitty

Early morning departure. The train was fun.  Exit lane Safety book Touring SF Ocean Beach. Stretching in the sun  Lunch time.  The Beach wasn't crowded  Nap time before dinner  Delicious authentic Japanese food  Ross alley fortune cookie company. Grace cathedral  Ms g is fun mom!!!! Rooftop bar, what a great view!! Well day 1 was great. hope you don't miss me too much mom. I'm staying busy and seeing lots of cool things. Love Kitty
